Who we are
UAE Beachfront is an independent information and marketing platform about property in Umm Al Quwain and along the UAE coast. Contact for any question about your data: contact@uaebeachfront.com.

What we collect
When you send a form or open the WhatsApp chat: your name, email, phone number and your request (project, budget, home type, message), with basic information on how you reached the site (for example the link or page you came from). We do not collect payment data.

Why we use it
To answer your request; to pass it, as you agree in the form, to a real estate brokerage licensed in the emirate concerned (or to the developer) that can show you a home or handle your purchase, sale or rental; to measure which pages and campaigns bring requests; and to keep the site secure and free of spam.

Who receives it
Only the brokerage or developer handling your request, and the service providers that run this site for us (hosting, database, email, messaging, analytics and advertising platforms). Your data is never sold. Some providers process data in other countries, under their own safeguards.

Cookies and similar technologies
The site stores a few items needed to work (your cookie choice, a form in progress). Measurement and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the banner. Without consent, measurement runs without cookies and without identifying you (Google Consent Mode). You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.

Measurement and advertising
With your consent, we use analytics and advertising tools from providers such as Google and Meta to understand how the site is used, measure the results of our communications and show relevant content, including to people who have visited the site. Limited information may be shared with these providers for that purpose; they process it under their own privacy policies. You can manage personalised ads in your Google and Meta account settings.

Automated tools
Automated tools may help us organise requests and filter spam. No decision with legal or similar effect is taken automatically: a person reviews every request that is followed up.

Storage and your rights
Requests are kept for as long as needed to follow them up, and at most 36 months after the last contact. You can ask for access, correction or deletion, object to marketing messages, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@uaebeachfront.com. Where the GDPR or the UAE personal data protection law applies, you may also complain to the competent authority.
